This mild, hypo-allergenic formulation gently removes water-resistant and smudge-proof makeup. It has a pH of 5.6. It is recommended for clients with sensitive eyes.
Use 2-3 sprays on a warm, damp cotton wool pad. With gentle movement wipe the eyes from the outside to the inside of the eyelid.
