WHEN DO WE SEND YOUR PARCELS?

At Skin Care Direct we endeavor to have all orders received by 12h00 despatched by 15h00. Orders received after 12h00 are despatched the following day. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. In the event of an unforeseen delay, we will send notification via email and SMS. 

HOW DO WE SEND YOUR PARCELS?

At Skin Care Direct our preferred carrier is The Courier Guy to ensure that your favourite skin care products are with you at the earliest opportunity.

HOW MUCH DO WE CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?

If you reside in South Africa, all orders over R800 (including VAT) are delivered free of charge to addresses within 20km of main centres. Smaller orders attract a delivery fee of R85.00.

DELIVERY ADDRESSES

It is of the utmost importance that the full delivery address is entered correctly, including the correct postal code. Our parcel carriers will not consider compensation for items lost unless the delivery address and postal code are 100% correct.
